Data Deletion Instructions

SS Matrimony members can delete their account from Settings or request admin-assisted deletion by emailing support from the registered email address.

Self-service deletion

  1. Sign in to SS Matrimony.
  2. Open Settings and go to the Account section.
  3. Use Delete Account and confirm the request.

Admin-assisted deletion

Email support with the subject Data Deletion Request and include your registered email or phone number, Profile ID if available, and whether you want the full account deleted or only a managed profile removed.
